Summer Prenatal Yoga!
The summer prenatal yoga session will began July 3rd! Classes will run Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30. If you would like to register for this session, please do so on the registration page here.
Mom & Baby Yoga!
The mom & baby yoga will be taking a break for the summer while everyone enjoys the fresh air and outdoors. Classes will begin again in the September. Check back in August for dates and times, and registration.
Welcome to our 200th Yoga Baby!!
In February of 2013, we welcomed our 200th yoga baby into the world. While that special little one is coming up to his first birthday, our baby numbers continue to grow! Stay tuned for our next big milestone!
We are very excited to be running classes out of our new space in the recently constructed Whole Body Health building on the corner of West and Dundas streets. There is ample parking onsite, and the separate entrance to the space is easily accessible from Dundas Street. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
