Spring Prenatal Yoga!
The spring prenatal yoga session will begin May 7th! Classes run Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30. These classes are an excellent way to nurture yourself during this special time, while also alleviating symptoms of pregnancy, connecting with your baby, and meeting other expectant moms. You will also have the opportunity to practice a variety of strategies and techniques that can be useful during labour and delivery. If you would like to join us, please register here.

Welcome to our 200th Yoga Baby!!
In February of 2013, we welcomed our 200th yoga baby into the world. While that special little one is coming up to his first birthday, our baby numbers continue to grow! Stay tuned for our next big milestone!
